What people want to know.
Does Presence continuously track school employees?
No. Presence is not an attendance or surveillance system. Users control whether they share a named workplace, can set an expiration, and can stop sharing at any time. Shared views do not contain precise coordinates or location history.
Does Presence collect student information?
No. This use case is for staff availability and coordination. Schools should not enter student names, education records, health information, or other student data into Presence.
Can different teams have their own view?
Yes. An organization can create lightweight Groups for IT, Facilities, Administration, Media, or cross-campus teams while each participating member keeps control of their own connections and visibility.
