Does this monitor employee productivity?
No. Presence is an interruption-reduction tool, not a time clock or productivity tracker. It shows a current availability signal and intentionally avoids detailed activity history.
Can people belong to more than one Group?
Yes. A person can appear in multiple cross-functional Groups, and a Group Lead can be identified without building an HR hierarchy.
How do timezones work in Reception View?
Availability is stored as an exact moment and displayed in the receptionist’s current device timezone. The board labels return times as your time to prevent confusion.
