Stay inside Todoist
Open a task menu, choose Integrations, and start Presence Focus without opening another dashboard.
TODOIST · BETA
Presence adds a native action inside Todoist. Choose 25, 50, 90, or a custom number of minutes and your shared status becomes Focus until the timer ends.
BUILT FOR TODOIST WEB AND DESKTOP
Presence combines only the availability connections you approve into one simple, privacy-safe status. The people around you see whether now is a good time—not the private details behind the answer.
Open a task menu, choose Integrations, and start Presence Focus without opening another dashboard.
Start 25, 50, or 90 minutes immediately, or enter a custom duration between 5 and 240 minutes.
When the chosen block ends, Presence resumes its normal calendar, call, meeting, and work-schedule logic.
Presence does not use or retain task names, projects, descriptions, labels, due dates, or comments.
SET IT UP ONCE
Use the same email address as your approved Presence beta account and approve the limited Todoist connection.
From Todoist web or desktop, open the task menu and choose Integrations → Start Presence Focus.
Choose a preset or custom duration. Presence changes only your simplified status and returns to automatic when time expires.
PRIVACY FIRST
Meeting titles, attendees, call participants, precise coordinates, chat, recordings, audio, and video stay out of shared views. Every user controls their own connections and links.
COMMON QUESTIONS
No. Todoist may include the current task in its extension request, but Presence deliberately ignores task content and never stores it. Only verified account identity and the duration you choose are used.
Not yet. Todoist currently supports UI Extensions on its web and desktop apps. Todoist says mobile support is planned.
Open the Presence action again and choose Return to automatic, or use the same control on your Presence dashboard.
